The majority of the classes are run by run by City and Islington College (please click here for the referal form)

The New Beginnings course: 7 sessions from 4th February 2013. This is run by Whittington Health (click here for the referral form)

Advocacy services

VoiceAbility (formerly Advocacy Partners/Speaking Up) is the new provider of mental health advocacy services in Camden and Islington.  VoiceAbility's vision is of a society in which everyone's voice, views and hopes can be heard loudly and clearly, in which our rights are understood and respected, and in which each of us is able to lead a full and enjoyable life.

 A walk in the Park

The Ramblers have teamed up with Natural England, the Royal Parks and the Rain Trust to help Londoners walk their way back to fitness with a series of free guided health walks in London's Royal Parks.  Currently, there are 7 walks a week.  There is no need to book, just turn up.
