Happy International Nurses Day 2024! | News

On Sunday 12 May we will be celebrating our nurses across the Partnership and the wonderful work they do to support our service users, their families and carers.

International Nurses Day is celebrated around the world every 12 May, to commemorate the anniversary of Florence Nightingale's birth. This year’s theme is the difference nursing make to a patient’s life.

We spoke to Newly Qualified Nurses across the Partnership at a celebration event we held at the end of April. They talked about the things they love the most about being a nurse, the difference they think they make to service users as well as sharing some advice for future nurses.
