In 2008 we became the first Care Trust to successfully achieve Foundation status. Monitor, the independent regulator, authorised the Foundation Trust to operate from 1st March 2008.
The Trust cares about continually improving local mental health and social care services, and as a Foundation Trust is more accountable to members - service users, local people and staff. The Trust is also more able to deliver services that local people want.
Our services include adult mental health, mental health care of older people, substance misuse services and care for people with learning disabilities. We aim to deliver substantial benefits to service users and carers.
