Islington Assertive Outreach Team (AOT)
We provide care coordination, recovery-focussed interventions, psychological, practical and emotional support, motivational interviewing and Mental Health Act expertise. 18-65 People with a history of psychotic disorders and complex needs who may have had difficulty working with other teams or services and who may have had many admissions to hospital. We will work with you on your recovery goals. We will provide regular medication reviews and help you with a range of problems such as substance misuse, housing and benefit issues, emotional well being and extra support in times of crisis
