People with depression, anxiety or other common mental health problems. You might have a long term condition or medically unexplained symptoms or insomnia.
Initial assessment is usually by telephone but can be face-to-face. You can be seen for treatment in a range of locations, including our team base at Hollyfield House, GP surgeries, community venues.
We offer the least invasive and most effective intervention first. This includes guided self-help, employment support, exercise on prescription, medication support, psycho-educational groups and workshops (e.g. relaxation, low self-esteem, exercise for mood) cognitive behavioural therapy, behavioural couples therapy and more.
