We are working with Barnet, Enfield and Haringey Mental Health NHS Trust as the North London Mental Health Partnership.

Our street population service works with single homeless people with mental health problems aged 18 years and over within Camden and within the hostel pathway system in Camden.

We can offer an assessment and treatment service for mental health issues and support and assistance with housing and benefits. We are interested in all aspects of your care, including education, employment and physical health needs. We will also do our best to assist you with your health, social wellbeing and physical heath issues.

The time you spend with the service will be dependent on your needs. We want to help you to achieve the goals set out in your care plan. The most important thing is to set realistic timescales and work jointly towards them. The team will discharge you when you are feeling better and resettled into more secure accommodation and we will ensure that appropriate support is put in place for you before you are discharged from the service.

If you do not meet the criteria for our service we can signpost you to services that are more likely to meet your needs.
