The strains of traditional Andean wind music heralded the start of a relaxing afternoon of music and family fun at the annual Camden and Islington NHS Foundation Trust Fun Day at historic St Pancras Gardens on Sunday.
Artwork depicting the theme of “Resilience” has gone on display at St Pancras Hospital, with contributions from more than 30 exhibitors including nurses and service users.

This year’s C&I Fun Day is going to be held on Sunday 18 September for all of the local community, service users and staff to join us in a celebration of our services.
Artwork from around 30 exhibitors including nurses and patients and depicting themes, thoughts, ideas and feelings related to the “Art of Caring” will be showcased at Camden and Islington NHS Foundation Trust (C&I) for three months following a preview this month.
C&I has become one of the first mental health trusts in England to open a simulation suite to support clinical staff in developing their skills in communicating with patients.
