You are warmly welcomed to our Loudest Whispers LGQT+ Short Film Festival, being held as part of our current art exhibition at St Pancras Hospital.
The programme has been co-curated by filmmaker Anouk Hiffler and Arts Project curator and manager, Peter Herbert, and promises an eclectic mix of fiction and non-fiction, experimental and documentary short films.
It will showcase work by University of Westminster film students: Anouk Hiffler, Francisco Varegas Luz, Isabelle Thompson, Arthur Lugan, Isla Ley and James Weisz. Artist filmmakers from our 2023 Loudest Whispers exhibition are also taking part, including Chris Avis, Manel Guell, Simon Croft and there will be a preview of Cathy Hassan's film in development, Our Kings.
Light refreshments will be provided during the interval and there will be introductions by filmmakers and opportunity to speak to filmmakers and ask questions about their work.
This is a great opportunity to get together and also to invite friends and family that haven't had the chance to see this year's Loudest Whispers exhibition.
The festival will be held on Saturday 8 April from 12 - 3pm, in The Conference Centre, St Pancras Hospital, NW1 0PE.
