Our Dementia Navigator service will be joining the Whittington Hospital as they celebrate dementia awareness week between 14 - 18th September.
The Dementia Navigator service is for Islington residents who have been diagnosed with dementia, people in the process of having an assessment and their carers. The service provides tailored information and signposting to services that may be able to help patients, support with understanding the diagnosis, information on welfare rights and future planning, home visits to discuss their needs and concerns.
If you want to speak to any of the staff pop into the Whittington on Thursday 17 September, 2015 between 09.30- 4.00pm where they have a stall.
They will be giving out freebees and will provide advice if you want to know more about the help you can get.
