We would like to invite you to join us at the next Service User Conference on Friday 12 July from 10am to 4pm, when we will be discussing how staff and service users can use Quality Improvement techniques to make the way we deliver services even better.
The session on QI will run from 10.45 – 12.15pm, in the Conference Hall, so even if you cannot make the whole day, please come along for that part of the day.
Evidence has shown that the best Quality Improvement project teams consist of both staff and service users which is why we need your involvement. Collaboration generates thoughtful changes that the people using our services really want. We know that Quality Improvement can be such an important part of people’s recovery. We will have myth busting sessions about Quality Improvement as well as on people participation. We will also hear from Quality Improvement teams who have co-produced projects successfully, learning together and connecting people.
All service users are very welcome and we hope to see you there.
