NHS service user mental health survey

C&I is taking part in a national survey to find out what service users think about their care and their experience of mental health services.

Service users who are selected to take part will get a questionnaire in the post and text message reminders to complete it.

The Community Mental Health survey is carried out annually, commissioned by the CQC, to collect information from service users and/or their carers about their experience of care and treatment they received during the year.

We need as many service users to take part as it helps to us to be better-informed about the services we offer from the service users’ perspective – staff should therefore discuss the survey and share the poster with their clients and carers as much as possible.

If you do not want to take part in the survey, or have any questions please contact:
