Quality Accounts are important annual external reports from providers of NHS healthcare about the quality of the services they deliver. A key part of an annual Quality Account is selecting the Quality Priorities describing the areas of improvement for the forthcoming year – in this case 2018/19.
We are now contacting our stakeholders including service users, staff, volunteers, Members, Governors, commissioners and local authority colleagues, to ask you to vote on a list of potential priorities aimed at further improving the quality of our care. Some of the potential priorities are new suggestions and others are current quality priorities that we can continue to build on.
Please access this link to read further background and instructions, and to vote for your selected priorities. We need to select nine out of the 15 Quality Priorities on the list.
The survey ends on midnight on Friday 6 April 2018.
We will let you know the outcome of the vote as soon as possible via our Trust website. Once the Quality Priorities are selected, more detail about measures and outcomes will be added. The final Quality Account report will be available at the end of June 2018 on NHS Choices and the Trust website.
