Over the coming months, our Medical Director, Dr Vincent Kirchner, will continue talking to staff, service users and carers about what more we need to do to keep people well in the community and give them greater choice and control over their care. We need to consider all our services and how they interact to support this aim. Two dedicated sessions have therefore been organised where we can do this together:
Friday 11 October 2019: 2pm to 5pm, Conference Hall, St Pancras Hospital
This session will focus on all the things we need to carry over from the existing clinical strategy, making sure we do not lose the things that are working well. We will also explore the things we need to do differently and what the solutions might be.
Friday 31 January 2020: 2pm to 5pm, Conference Hall, St Pancras Hospital
This second workshop will look at all the feedback we have received from clinical strategy coproduction meetings and engagement events. We will look at proposed models and discuss if they are the right ones.
The workshops will be led by Dr Vincent Kirchner, Medical Director, and are open to all servicer users, carers and staff. There is no need to book a place, but if you have any questions, please email them to firstname.lastname@example.org
