The C&I Choir delighted commuters at St Pancras International Station on Saturday 10 December with their annual performance.
Governors who belong to the Choir also participated in the C&I celebration, sending best wishes and glad tidings to patients, carers, service users, staff, and the community.
The Choir was started by governors when they were given money to improve life for service users six years ago. Currently, about two thirds of the Choir members are service users and it was a lifeline for some during the lockdown.
Wendy Savage, ex-Lead Governor, founder, and still supporter of the group, joined the Choir when it started having not sung in a choir since 1959. Ellen Nkomo, ex-Governor, is also a fellow of the choir.
Simon Ramage, one of our long-standing Staff Governors, is an honorary and fellow representative of the Choir and participates in may of the choir's events.
