Now in its third year, The Art of Caring is needed more than ever to show support for nurses, carers and the NHS. This is your chance to exhibit an artwork or haiku that demonstrates your passion for this theme.
This year’s theme is Care, Caring and Sustainability and is inspired by International Nurses Day on 12 May 2017, which is Nursing: A voice to lead – Achieving the Sustainable Development Goals.
The exhibition will be shown at:
St George’s Hospital: 3 -12 May
Printed postcards or your artwork will be displayed on the walls of the hospital to help celebrate International Nurses Day.
St Pancras Hospital: 20 July - 19 October
A mixture of original artworks and printed postcards will be used in this exhibition. Works will be selected by Arts Projects curators Peter Herbert and Elaine Harper-Gay.
It is free to enter!
All you need to do is send up to three Jpeg images of A6 size to collectconnect4@gmail.com and / or a haiku to the same address.
Submission deadline
The deadline for all submissions is Monday 3 April 2017.
The exhibition will be launched this year on 3 May alongside the Student Nurse Academic Partnership Conference (SNAP).
