Are you able to get a good night's sleep?

Our pyschological therapist, Jenni Hare and trainee psychological wellbeing practitioner, Beth Pritty, gave tips and advice for those struggling to sleep during our expert talks last night.

The pair, who work with our iCope team, were joined by 30 people who were thrilled with some of the tecniques they learnt about.

"I like the idea of the 15 minute rule. If you're not asleep in that time get up, read a book or listen to play. Bed should be for sleep!"
