Tile House is run in partnership with One Housing, a service which is based on the Care Support Plus model for the provision of supported living projects in mental health services.
Together we offer support with setting up and maintaining a tenancy, welfare benefits and maximising income and developing independent living skills, to ensure we are helping you to work towards achieving a full and healthy lifestyle.
We aim to help you move into independent accomodation and get back into work and social responsibilty.18+ Adults with a diagnosed long term mental health problem requiring 24 hour support.
Tile House is a two year stay project, people are given a furnished 1 bedroom self contained flat. You will have access to support staff who are on site 24 hours a day and everyone will be allocated a key worker who will help you develop an individualised support plan.
On-site visits are carried out by the care coordinator 2.5 days a week, an occupation therapist facilitates life skill training, whilst a psychologist provides individual assessments and therapeutic interventions.
You will be given intensive support to develop your independent living skills and put interventions in place to address any other needs.
